Linda spent forty years in the business world processing words and manipulating numbers around spreadsheets. In her semi-retirement, she serves as the part- time secretary at her church, and she assists Brianna and Doug in the Accounting Department at BookPros. In her spare time she writes memoirs, novels, and a column for the weekly newspaper in the tiny East Texas town where she and her husband David live.

Doug has been building software for more than 20 years. Code he has written is running in North and South America, Eastern and Western Europe, and Asia. He has helped LivingSocial refine their online business, helped Mary Kay collect cosmetic orders around the globe and helped other companies too numerous for this profile blurb.

Alison Towle Moore

Alison was VP for Community Investment for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles where she oversaw grant making, research and initiatives in early childhood and youth development and anti-poverty strategies. She also served as Manager of Budget and Intergovernmental Relations for the community development agency of Los Angeles County. She has an MFA in writing from Pacific University and recently contributed to and edited an anthology titled “Come Shining: Essays and Poems on Writing in a Dark Time.”

Erika has over twenty years of experience contributing to successful marketing campaigns for national brands such as Dr Pepper, AT&T, and Doritos. While serving in a strategic sales role at Microsoft, she consistently exceeded quotas, won several sales awards, and was ranked among the top 20% of employees within her organization. After leaving the corporate world, Erika spent six years as a successful marketing consultant and joined the BookPros team in 2017.

President and CEO

Christian’s primary passion is for writing. In the process of publishing nine books, he has learned a lot about honing the craft of writing, along with the industry of publishing. He has worked in nonprofits, education and started with BookPros, formerly Crowdscribed, in 2014, becoming the President and CEO in early 2016, charged with the vision of helping bring the publishing industry into the 21st century.

Brianna Snyder

Brianna Snyder

Operations Manager

Brianna utilizes her administrative and customer service experience to direct daily operations and fulfill client service needs. Her design background enhances the publishing process by providing creative guidance during early stages of book development and executing patrons’ ideas. Brianna has supplied work for Magaw Medical, Hydro Repair Specialists, and numerous small businesses. She has been involved with BookPros, formerly Crowdscribed, since 2014.
